Jaan Shin Metal Sanitary Materials Co., Ltd was located in Ding fan po -「District Of Water Hardware」where is famous for bath hardware manufacturing, Changhua County, Taiwan. We are a metal “Original Equipment Manufacturing” supplier. Our service is including zinc alloy die-casting, metal (Zinc-alloy, Copper, Aluminum-alloy) machining and finishing. The major products fields include Auto Parts, Bathroom Hardware and Door Handle & Lock Accessories.

     From zinc alloy material, die-casting process to sub-assembly, we have been dedicated to OEM manufacturing for nearly five decade and cooperated with major brands such as Taiwan HCG, TLW, Carrefour, KAKUDAI, MOEN and Harley-Davidson.Jaan Shin is also ISO9001：2015 certified for our quality assurance.
     Our equipment includes Zinc Die-casting machine(90 tons - 200 tons / Origin：Japan HISHINUMA). According to differential finishing requirement, weight of heavy parts can be up to 2 kgs. Also, We have differential types of machines to handle such as lathe, milling, drilling, press & polish and having ability to fix and modify the molds. By the professional technology and strong experience to meet our customers demand.

1977
//『Tai Yi Hardware Industrial Ltd』was founded in Changhua County, Taiwan.
1979
//Expanded and had the new departments：『Sand Casting Dpt.』、『Machining Dpt.』&『Electroplating Dpt.』.
1980
//Had the『Assembly Dpt.』to meet our customers requirement.
1985
//Had the『Zinc Alloy Die-casting Dpt.』and imported our first 90 tons die-casting machine.
1990
//Imported the first 200 tons hot chamber die-casting machine in Taiwan and provided the vertically integrated manufacturing service.
1995
//Changed the company name to『Tai Yi Hardware Industrial Co., Ltd』.
1996
//Established our own brand【TIFJ】for faucet accessories and cooperated with TLW, Carrefour and Kakudai.
2006
//Expanded the Zinc Alloy Die-casting Dpt. and started the new product field, auto part.
2013
//『Jaan Shin Metal Sanitary Materials Co., Ltd』was founded.
2015
//Focused on Zinc alloy die-casting manufacturing and the other product field, door handle & lock accessories.
